SHIPPING POLICY
Orders placed before 2 pm will be shipped the same day, orders placed after 2 pm will be shipped the following morning. All orders are shipped using a standard courier NZ wide. Please wait up to 3 business days before contacting us about the non-delivery of your order, after 3 business days use the contact us form to leave us a message or chat with us on Facebook. Once orders have been dispatched there are no refunds if you change your mind.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
No returns of goods are permitted under the value of $1000 New Zealand dollars (NZD).
Orders over $1000 are able to be exchanged in full or part for different flavours to the equal or lesser value of the original order. All exchange costs incurred will be at the cost of the customer and not Mr Crackles. The products distributed by Mr Crackles have registered trademarks of other companies where quality issues are to be raised directly with the relevant producer of the product and not Mr Crackles.
